If your AirFly is not charging or seems to have a shorter battery life than expected, first ensure it is fully charged (charging time is around 2 hours or less). AirFly is designed to offer up to 20 hours of battery life.
If the problem persists, please request a return or replacement from the retailer where you purchased the AirFly. However, if you purchased the AirFly new within the last two years from us or an authorized reseller and are outside the retailer’s return window, you may be eligible for warranty support.
