Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

For missing items, please also check your shipping confirmation to see if your order was split into multiple shipments. If you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. After this period, there is a high chance that we may not be able to recover it from the courier.
