No, we don't do tax reduction on our end.

Please note that our website is currently designed for sales to consumers, not for business customers. As such, VAT is applied based on the OSS system.

This is also why it is not possible to add a business VAT number at checkout.

You can still process our invoice in your accounting records and declare the VAT as deductible input VAT, following your country's tax regulations. Ultimately, the net amount you pay for your order remains the same as if it were an intra-community supply.

If you would like to place a business order with us, we kindly ask you to contact [email protected]. In that case, you could obtain a business account, which is only available for customers who plan to purchase larger quantities on an annual basis.
