How can I troubleshoot when the audio is on one side only?Updated 2 months ago

Most commonly, this is a matter of charging and/or properly syncing the headphones or AirPods. To troubleshoot:

  • Reset your headphones orhttps://support.apple.com/en-us/HT209463"> AirPods.

  • Turn off Bluetooth on any nearby devices, including your cell phone. This is important because AirPods have a strong propensity to pair with Apple products, and won’t break an established Bluetooth connection to pair with the AirFly.

  • Ensure your AirFly is in Transmit (TX) mode.

  • Ensure your AirFly Pro is not connected to power.

  • Reset your AirFly by turning it on and holding down the Power button on the side for 5-10 seconds. You’ll know it’s been successfully reset when the AirFly begins blinking white and amber (pairing mode).

  • Finally, try to pair the devices but continue to hold the button down on the AirPods. It can take just a moment longer for the second AirPod to pair, so continue holding the button for just a couple of seconds after the light on the AirPods case indicates they’re paired.

If these suggestions do not resolve the issue and you are still within the return window of the retailer from whom this was purchased, please request a return or replacement from them. However, if the AirFly was purchased new within the last two years from us or an authorized reseller but you’re outside of the return window, you may be eligible for warranty support. 😊
