How can I troubleshoot when the AirFly is paired but it's not transmitting audio?Updated 2 months ago

When the AirFly doesn't appear to transmit audio, it is often because the headphones are already connected to another device. To resolve this:


  • Turn off Bluetooth for all nearby devices to which the headphones have ever been paired - including your phone. 

  • Reset the AirFly by holding the side button down for 5-10 seconds (for AirFly Pro, make sure it is on Transmit "TX" mode). Once successfully reset, the AirFly light will flash Amber and white.

  • Reset your headphones.

  • Re-pair headphones to AirFly.


If these suggestions do not resolve the issue and you are still within the return window of the retailer from whom this was purchased, please request a return or replacement from them. However, if the AirFly was purchased new within the last two years from us or an authorized reseller but you’re outside of the return window, we’d be happy to assist you with a warranty claim directly from our side.
