How can I troubleshoot when I have issues with pairing my AirFly with headphones?Updated 2 months ago
If you are experiencing trouble pairing your AirFly with headphones, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
Turn off Bluetooth on any nearby devices. If a nearby device to which the headphones/earbuds have previously been paired, such as your phone, has Bluetooth turned on, the earbuds won’t disconnect to pair with the AirFly.
Reset the AirFly. Turn the AirFly on and hold down the button on the side for the specified time. If this is an AirFly Pro, ensure it is not connected to power and is set in TX mode. You’ll know it has been successfully reset when the AirFly begins blinking white and amber.
Reset your earbuds to factory settings.
Reset your AirPods to factory settings, if applicable.
Finally, try to pair the AirFly with the headphones again.
If these suggestions do not resolve the issue and you are still within the return window of the retailer from whom this was purchased, please request a return or replacement from them. However, if the AirFly was purchased new within the last two years from us or an authorized reseller but you’re outside of the return window, you may be eligible for warranty support.
